Experience
Vaughan Sankofa is Sergio's alias for the entirety of his work as a composer and independent artist. As a both Classically and Jazz trained violinist of 12 years, Sankofa has been honing his craft of music creation since youth. Heavily inspired by the video game soundtracks of this century, his primary goal in creating music is to redefine the way the listeners view the genre of gaming soundtracks as a valid and respectable form of art.
Additionally, Sankofa's other influences include that of the Jazz, R&B, J-Rock, and J-Pop genres, some of which he now expands his discography to include.

Atarashi Sekai
A 2-Track EP recorded and produced in Tokyo, Japan. The track Melanym was written for and featured in the award-winning documentary short The Brothers Who Broke Bread, directed by Victoria Wilcox.

An instrumental theme composed for the short film The Book Keeper, directed by Meredith Hunter.
